    The order comes in from JewelXpress or the API, with the booking value and both addresses.

  2. Assign

    A verified Field Executive near the store gets the trip on the AL Kangaroo app.

  3. Pick up with OTP

    The store shares an OTP. No OTP, no handover.

  4. Track live

    You and your customer follow the parcel on a live map.

  5. Deliver with OTP

    The customer shares the delivery OTP. The handover is stamped with time and location.
