You go online in the app, accept a trip near you and follow the steps on screen. The app checks each handover with you.

Enter the store's OTP in the app to confirm the handover.
Ride to the customer
Navigation is built in. Your location is shared only while you are on duty.
Deliver with OTP
Enter the customer's OTP, collect cash if it is a COD order, and take the proof photo.
